2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website at www.3rdhandsolutions.com, booking a call, submitting an enquiry, or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our services.

3. Services

3rd Hand Solutions provides GoHighLevel-related services on a project or retainer basis. The scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for each project are agreed upon prior to commencement and outlined in a written proposal or agreement.

3.1 Scope of Work

Work beyond the agreed scope will be subject to additional fees. Any changes to project requirements after work has commenced may affect delivery timelines and pricing.

3.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to their GoHighLevel accounts, relevant assets, brand materials, and any information required to complete the agreed work. Delays caused by a client's failure to provide required materials will not be the responsibility of 3rd Hand Solutions.

3.3 White-Label Services

We provide white-label GoHighLevel services to agencies. All white-label work is delivered under strict confidentiality and we will not disclose our involvement to your clients unless legally required to do so.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your project proposal. Most projects require a deposit before work commences. Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and the time invested in each project, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you have a concern about the quality of delivered work, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve it in good faith.

4.3 Late Payments

3rd Hand Solutions reserves the right to pause or suspend work on any project where payment is overdue. We also reserve the right to charge a late payment fee on invoices outstanding beyond 14 days of the due date.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables created specifically for the client (funnels, workflows, automations, copy, and designs) become the property of the client.

5.2 3rd Hand Solutions Ownership

We retain the right to use methodologies, frameworks, templates, and processes developed prior to or independently of your project. Our website content, branding, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of 3rd Hand Solutions.

5.3 Portfolio Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 3rd Hand Solutions reserves the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials without disclosing confidential client information.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project details, proprietary information, and business data confidential. We will not share your account credentials, business information, or project details with any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

3rd Hand Solutions provides services in good faith and with professional care. However, we cannot guarantee specific business results, revenue outcomes, or conversion rates from any work delivered. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from the use of our services or any third-party platform including GoHighLevel.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services are delivered within the GoHighLevel platform and may involve third-party tools including Stripe, Zapier, Make, Twilio, Zoom, and others. 3rd Hand Solutions is not responsible for outages, changes, or policy updates made by GoHighLevel or any third-party platform that affect the functionality of delivered work.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or retainer agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. Deposits are non-refundable upon termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between both parties before any formal proceedings.

11. Changes to These Terms

3rd Hand Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
